We will be holding a 3-day IATF 16949 Auditor class at our training facility in Williamston, MI on June 26 ~ 28, 2019.
Time: 8:30am until 4:30pm each day
Cost: $900 per participant (includes handouts for class, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standard not included)
Food: Lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided each day

Internal Auditor Course Outline – 3 days
IATF 16949:2016 Auditor (1st and 2nd party audits)

This 3-day course is designed for new and experienced internal auditors who need to perform internal quality audits or second party audits to IATF 16949:2016.

On days one, two and part of day 3, the participants will complete an in-depth review of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 using group exercises and learn the tools to effectively prepare and conduct audits.

On day 3, after completing the exercises from day one and two, the participants will be engaged in the principles of process-based auditing and audit planning.

Participants are encouraged to complete the AIAG Core Tools Self-Assessment to assess proficiency in the core tools prior to attending auditor training (internal auditor competency requirements are defined in IATF 16949 Section 7.2.3). The core tools linkages will be discussed within the framework of the course.

Demonstrate an understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
Demonstrate an understanding of risk-based thinking
Identify the requirements applicable to an IATF 16949:2016 internal auditor
Apply auditing skills in accordance with ISO 19011
